I intend to move to the Los Olas area in about two years. I would like a two bedroom, two bath furnished unit for a long term rental. I am a New York City teacher who will be retiring from New York, but will then be working in Broward County schools. I currently reside in a doorman building with a pool and spa and exercise classes and am looking for the same to rent in Florida. Please let me know what I can expect to pay on a furnished rental inclusive of utilities, parking and any other fees that I may incur.
